It started with client frustration

For years we watched the same pattern: a company buys a system from a seller who has never rolled it out - or has it rolled out by a consultant who does not understand the business or the existing IT ecosystem. The result: the new system does not talk to the old ERP, the CRM is not integrated with the help desk, and the vendor blames the integrator.

We connected these dots. Mateusz analyses what the company actually needs and picks the tool: ManageEngine, ERP, Zoho, HubSpot or a custom API integration. Jakub builds the architecture and secures the environment. Maciej rolls out and integrates - so every system still works together a year later just like it did on go-live day.

Rotech Group is not a holding split into departments. It is three brothers who talk to each other every day and answer jointly for every project, from system selection to production stabilization.

That means you speak directly with the person who will deliver your project.
Yes. We have rolled out ManageEngine in environments of 500-2000 users. For large projects we bring in additional certified engineers from our trusted ManageEngine specialist network. We run requirement analysis and architecture in-house.
Jakub Roszkiewicz holds ManageEngine certifications in ITSM and ITOM. Maciej Roszkiewicz - ITSM Implementation Specialist (ManageEngine) plus WEBCON BPS experience. Mateusz Roszkiewicz specializes in presales, requirement analysis and Zoho CRM implementations.
Yes. We offer post-warranty support packages: ticket access to the team (SLA 8h/4h/1h), ManageEngine environment monitoring, updates and new modules. We do not walk away from the client after go-live.
