We integrate systems that have a REST API, SOAP, or support import/export (CSV, XML, JSON). Most common combinations: ManageEngine SDP and ERP (Comarch, SAP, Epicor), SDP and AD/Entra ID, CRM and help desk, WEBCON and SDP. For systems without an API we build connectors or use no-code platforms (n8n, Make).
A simple integration (syncing users or assets from ERP into SDP) - 1-2 weeks. A full two-way integration with business logic, transformations and error handling - 3-6 weeks. Timeline depends mainly on the quality of ERP API documentation and the complexity of data mapping.
It depends on the case. n8n is used for simpler workflows and automation (notifications, triggers, batch syncs) - fast, cheap and easy for the customer to maintain. Custom code is written when the integration needs complex logic, real-time work or the systems have non-standard APIs. WEBCON BPS is used when the integration is part of a business process (onboarding, approvals).
Every integration we build has error logs, alerts on failed transactions and documentation for your IT team. API errors or changes in the source system should not silently corrupt data - we design with explicit error handling. After go-live we offer maintenance support under contract or on a time and materials basis.
