He combines the experience of an entrepreneur, an IT consultant, an ITSM and CRM specialist, and a lecturer running educational projects related to AI. Today he supports organizations in selecting solutions, automating processes, and the responsible use of technology in business and education.

Mateusz has spent years working at the intersection of technology, sales and running a business. He started in hands-on IT, service work, implementations and direct client contact, and then ran his own business projects for many years - including a Komputronik franchise, an IT services company, a beauty salon and event productions.
That experience strongly shaped the way he works today. He does not look at a system as a product to be sold, but as a decision that has to organize a specific process, reduce chaos and deliver a real outcome for the organization. That is why a conversation with a client starts with questions: what is broken today, where is time being lost, who pays the cost of mistakes, and how will we know the implementation was worth it.
On the IT side, Mateusz built sales and advisory around ManageEngine, ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, Jira Service Management, CRM, automation and enterprise-grade solutions. He ran webinars, product presentations, workshops and content campaigns aimed not just at showing a tool, but at explaining how it actually gets used.
At Rotech Group today, he is responsible for the business side of every project: diagnosing the need, talking with the client, picking a direction, and translating technology into the language of a business decision. His job is to make sure the client is not buying a system "because they should", but deploying a solution that actually fits the organization.
In parallel, Mateusz is developing his work in education. As a lecturer and consultant, he is preparing a new program called "Psychology with AI" for WSKiZ and ATINS. He works on the concept, the documentation for PKA, the syllabi and program design - all aimed at teaching future psychologists how to use AI safely, ethically and practically in their work.
In this project, AI is not framed as a replacement for the specialist. It is meant as a tool that supports work organization, materials preparation, psychoeducation, information analysis and supporting processes - while preserving confidentiality, data security and professional accountability.

His experience spans ITSM, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management, CRM, sales and marketing automation, ERP, running webinars, building partnerships and consultative selling to B2B clients.
In practice this means the client does not just get a license proposal. They first get a conversation about where the organization is losing time, what can be tidied up, which processes are worth automating, and what outcome should be visible after the implementation.
The AI and education thread shows another dimension of Mateusz's work. In the "Psychology with AI" project he brings together technology, didactic process and accountability for the safe use of AI tools in a particularly sensitive area.
Mateusz's perspective complements Jakub's and Maciej's competencies. As a result, a project is not assessed purely on sales terms or purely on technical terms. It is analyzed end to end - from the business need, through the technology, to the process and the implementation.
