ERP & Manufacturing

ERP, MES, APS, WMS and CMMS implementations for Polish manufacturing plants. We optimize processes from planning to the warehouse.

ERP

ERP systems

ERP implementations and optimizations tailored to the industry: discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, services. Process analysis, data migration, integrations with external systems.

MES

Manufacturing Execution

Real-time production management: orders, scheduling, progress tracking, OEE reporting. Integration with machines (PLC/SCADA) and with the ERP.

APS

Planning and scheduling

Advanced production planning that takes constraints into account: capacity, materials, tooling. Scenario simulations, order sequence optimization.

WMS

Warehouse management

WMS systems for industrial warehouses: goods receipt, locations, picking, dispatch. ERP integration, labels, scanners, RFID.

CMMS

Maintenance management

Computerized Maintenance Management: inspection planning, maintenance work orders, repair history, plant technical asset management.

From process analysis
to live production.

01
Process analysis
We map the production flow - from order to shipment. We identify bottlenecks, manual steps and systemic gaps. Without understanding the process there is no good implementation.
02
System selection
Based on the analysis we pick the ERP, MES, APS or WMS that fits the industry, scale and budget. We prepare the implementation project and timeline.
03
Pilot implementation
We start the system on a single line or in a single department. We validate scenarios and collect feedback from operators before the full rollout.
04
Rollout and stabilization
Full plant rollout, training for production and IT teams, configuration tuning during the first live weeks.

ERP and MES are a fit for you if...

  • You run a manufacturing or service operation with 50-500 employees
  • Production scheduling is done manually or in Excel spreadsheets
  • You want to measure OEE and track order progress in real time
  • You need an MES layer without replacing the current ERP
  • You are preparing the plant for ISO certification or a quality audit

Top questions
about ERP and MES.

A typical ERP implementation in an SMB manufacturing plant (50-300 employees) takes 4-9 months - from contract signing to production stabilization. Large plants or implementations with MES and many integrations take 12-18 months. The key factor: the availability and engagement of key users on the customer side - this delays projects more often than technology does.
Yes - MES can work as a layer between the shop floor and the existing ERP (Comarch, SAP, Epicor, in-house). In practice MES collects machine data and pushes orders/results to ERP through an API. The condition: the ERP must expose an API or support data import/export. Most modern ERP systems do.
Machine integration is done over industrial protocols: OPC-UA, Modbus, PROFIBUS, or through SCADA/HMI systems. If the machine has a PLC controller with a network interface, production data (counters, run time, alarms) can be read in real time. For older machines we use OPC bridges or IoT gateways.
APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) is a production schedule optimization system that accounts for all constraints: production capacity, material, tool and people availability. It is worth deploying when you have many concurrent orders, short runs, shifting priorities and manual planning eats too much of the planner's time. APS shortens lead time and reduces firefighting.
Yes. Discrete manufacturing (mechanical, automotive, electronics) and process manufacturing (chemicals, food, pharma) differ in their approach to recipes, batches, raw material tracking and quality reporting. We pick the system that fits the industry profile - there is no single ERP for everyone.
