Four steps to a solid expert opinion.

We review the contract, technical specification, system documentation and dispute materials. We define the testing scope and the questions to be answered.

We run systematic functional tests and document the results. Every deviation from requirements is recorded with evidence (screenshot, log, recording).

We prepare a written technical opinion: methodology, test results, compliance analysis, conclusions. Document ready to be filed in the proceedings.

The document is signed and ready to be filed as evidence in proceedings.
We act as an independent technology expert - we deliver a technical opinion that can be filed as evidence in proceedings. We participate in proceedings at the invitation of the parties or the court. Formal court-appointed expert status is discussed individually for each case.
It depends on scope and system complexity. An opinion on a specific module or feature: 1-2 weeks. A full opinion on a large system or full due diligence: 3-6 weeks. In urgent cases we can move faster - get in touch.
