Where do these numbers come from?
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus reduces the average ticket handling time by 30% thanks to automatic categorization, intelligent templates, a knowledge base available during handling and AI-assisted routing. We compute:
(tickets/month × 12 × handling_time_h × 0.30) × technician_rate_PLN/h × number_of_technicians. Data is based on benchmarks from implementations in Poland (2023-2025) and the ManageEngine Customer Value Study 2024 report. Data based on Rotech Group implementations and ManageEngine research; independent Forrester analyses indicate 20-75% depending on organization.
ManageEngine SDP offers automated password resets (self-service portal), access management and automatic closing workflows for simple tickets. Based on our implementation experience: repeatable cases usually account for a significant share of the request volume. Estimated 20-30% of repeatable tickets can be handled automatically, without technician involvement. The calculator assumes 30 minutes saved on each such ticket (the time a technician would otherwise spend). Results are indicative and depend on the specifics of your organization.
